We booked through firstchoice the resort itself was really good. The pools were clean, there were loads of sunbeds, and the kids club was a lifesaver because it kept our little one busy most days. The gym was small, but fine if you just want a quick workout. The food options on site were easy and convenient, and we liked that we didn’t really need to leave the resort much. Most of the staff around the place were friendly too, which made the stay feel relaxed. My only thing is I’m always a bit suspicious when it comes to customer service if anything goes wrong, so I wouldn’t say I’d fully trust the booking side until I’d seen how they handled a problem. Luckily, we didn’t really have any issues this time. Overall though, we had a great stay and I’d be happy to book again.

I’ve actually been really pleasantly surprised by First Choice so far. The emails before departure have been clear, easy to follow, and had everything I needed in one place. It’s been nice not having to chase anything up or dig around for details. Definitely makes the holiday feel a bit less stressful already

The seats were comfy, honestly. I mean, I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but they felt good enough to sit in without really thinking about it, which I guess is kind of the whole point.

We were really happy with the food on our holiday. Breakfast had loads to choose from, and dinner was good too, actually, most days everything felt fresh, which makes such a difference. The restaurant staff were great as well, keeping things moving even when it got busy. We didn’t have any complaints at all, just a really easy and enjoyable experience.

I was totally calm about the whole thing, obviously, but the destination details were actually spot on. The beach was as close as they said, the hotel area matched the description, and the transfer time was right too. So yeah, no unpleasant surprises, which was a nice change.

Once they did get back to me though, the person was helpful and explained what I needed to do clearly. So it wasn’t amazing service, but it wasn’t bad either. You just wish the replies came a bit quicker

The room just felt kinda old and not super clean tbh. Beds were hard too, so we didn’t sleep great. For what we paid, I expected better.
